Executive Committee meeting of IART office-bearer was held on 14th November 2007 at 6:00pm in the department of Radio-diagnosis, PGIMER Chandigarh during the 16thACRT and 9th NCIART. Following members attended the meeting.

1. ISRRT 15th World Congress, Durban, South Africa: 24-27 April, 2008
All the members were appealed to attend ISRRT conference and raise funds at their own except that IART would provide Rs. 10000 either to the President or General Secretary or if some one else from the association is representing IART to attend the International / Asian Conference as already decided during the EC / GB Meeting held at Kanya Kumari During 7th NCIART.

2. Bid for next IART Conference.
Mr. R. K. Goyal and Mr. R. S. Kapoor proposed to hold the next conference in AIIMS, New Delhi before 30th October 2008. Mr. R. K. Goyal would intimate the final dates soon. All the members Agreed.

3. Registration Council Issue.
Mr. S. C. Bansal apprised the members till date progress and efforts done by the IART. Also appealed the members to exert their personal influence in getting this issue introduced in the parliament.
All the members agreed.

4. Revising of Membership fees.
Since IART has no additional source of income other than the membership fees, which is to meager sum to meet the rising cost of postage and stationary including printing for this all the members unanimously agreed to raise the fees as below:
LM Fee from Rs. 525 Revised to Rs.1100
Associate / Students Members Rs. 125 Revised to Rs. 250
For NRI / Overseas Members US$100 Revised to US$ 200

5. Publication of Journal.
Mr. Lalit, Editor Roentgen Technology requested all the members to submit article for be publication in the Journal and apprised that very few members submit articles for publication.

6. Regarding financial report Mr. Surinder Singh Informed that it is being prepared by CA and it will be submitted in the GBM

7. Nomination of Election Commissioner for electing office bearer for 2008
These 3 posts are of one of chief election commissioner and two election commissioner.
